Pretty happy with DualEntry

So I jumped on DualEntry for our business after hearing about their AI features. The General Ledger and Financial Reporting have been super easy to use, way better than what we had before. It took a few days to get everything set up with our existing bank accounts, but their customer support was really helpful walking me through it. Everything just seems to flow better now. Definitely made my life easier with all the automated tasks.

Mostly positive, some hiccups

We signed up for DualEntry after a personalized demo, focusing on their Accounts Payable and Receivable automation. The setup of the customer billing portal was fairly smooth, and the automated bank reconciliation has saved us a lot of time. Delivery of the service itself was immediate, being software. Customer support for initial questions was responsive, which was good. My main gripe is that while the AI handles a lot, getting the expense management module fully integrated with our specific workflows took more tweaking than I expected. It's a solid platform, just not perfectly plug-and-play right out of the gate for every feature.

Good value for annual plan

I was looking for an ERP solution that wouldn't break the bank and DualEntry's annual billing discount really caught my eye. Paying upfront saved a decent amount compared to monthly. The AI-native ERP has been helpful with General Ledger management, making it feel worth the investment. Still, I wish there was a clear startup discount advertised on the site.
